    • Oh wow I would love to do that :) . When I was working in Mexico I really enjoyed trying different food and recipes. I ate cactus also which was delicious. It’s correct name is nopales

    • I always use them up between 2 – 3 days naturally it will be in the fridge. :) I use this as a rule generally for salsa. I made a mango pickle which lasts for
2 -3 months as it is persevered in oil.

  1. I made the salsa yesterday! It’s awesome!
I mashed some avocado in it and used a dash of cayenne pepper instead of a chilli to make it more kid friendly. We had it with our dinner- chilli beans and brown rice. We had a few corn chips too, of course!
My 3 yr old had the salsa on toast with avocado this morning. I had some on my tofu and salad wrap at lunch time. It’s so versatile!
Thanks for sharing the recipe. :)

    • Thank for sharing that comment with me and I am happy your family enjoyed it too.. Avocado is great as a base and the salsa makes it really taste good. I had a few people try it for me too and they loved it.. Enjoy your Sunday :)
